1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arcanum Nexus, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Arcanum Nexus grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for your personal use.

3. Subscriptions

Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests for Subscriptions are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Arcanum Nexus are provided on an 'as is' basis. Readings and insights are for entertainment purposes only.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
